Catalina Island, (Santa Catalina Island), is a gorgeous, rocky island, off the southern coast of California. This scenic vacation favorite attracts about a million tourist visits every year, with several ferry ports all along the coast of Southern California. The island itself is 22 miles long, and eight miles wide, at its greatest width. Catalina is located about 22 miles Southwest of Los Angeles.

White sand beaches, clear blue water, great restaurants, fishing, kayaking these are just some of the luxuries associated with Santa Catalina Island. Along with all of the outdoor activities you can participate in, Catalina is a boater's paradise. The two largest harbors, Avalon and Twin Harbors, provide many amenities for docking your boat.
