What is a Dune Buggy / Sandrail
These light-weight, motor vehicles, also sometimes called sandcars, are specifically built for traveling across sandy terrain. It's most popular to operate these desert toys in sand dunes. We provide only the safest, user-friendly dune buggies.
Dune buggies have a specially built frame and roll cage, for maximum
safety . There are usually no windows, doors, fenders, or body panels. The engine is typically at the rear, and the front tires are sometimes narrow to allow them to dig into the sand while turning. Sand rails often have large, rear sand tires to provide traction. Sandrails are almost always rear-wheel drive.
