Pick-Up, Return & Late Charges
Pick-Up Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. Pick-ups are not honored after 4:30pm.

Return Time of rental motorcycle is accepted during the above mentioned rental location business hours. One rental day is based on a 24-hour rental period starting from the time of pick-up. No refunds for early motorcycle returns are granted.

Late Charge: A $25 per hour penalty is assessed if the motorcycle is returned late from scheduled drop off time.

One-Way Fees: One-way fees will apply to any one-way rental, and are to be paid upon arrival.

Security Deposit
A security deposit will be taken at time of pick-up (Authorization Only). Security deposit must be processed via a credit card or traveler checks. The amount of the deposit is determined by which insurance plan you purchase, or if none is purchased.

Insurance
Insurance is optional and will be available upon arrival of your rental. Prices subject to change at anytime.

Group Bookings
Group bookings of more than 7 motorcycles require a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $100 per motorcycle at time of reservation. Please call Kijubi for group bookings of 7 or more motorcycles.

Customer Orientation
You will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle. It will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, customer's maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.

Helmets & Saddlebags
Helmets are provided with the rental. You are encouraged to bring your own helmets for comfort and style reasons. All rental motorcycles also come equipped with saddlebags for storage of personal items.

Fuel
Fuel costs are client's responsibility. Client will receive motorcycle with a full tank of fuel and is responsible to return the motorcycle with a full tank of fuel. If client doesn't return the motorcycle with a full tank, they will be subject to a $25 refueling charge. Client has the option at pick-up of rental to purchase a Pre-Paid Fuel Option for $15 and can return the motorcycle empty.

Maintenance Responsibility
The customer is responsible for checking engine oil levels at each refueling and reporting mechanical failures immediately. Instructions and procedures for maintenance expense reimbursement are provided at the time of pick-up. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in motorcycle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance.

Driver Requirements
All drivers must be 21 years or older, and must possess a valid driver's license that qualifies him/her to operate a motorcycle in the country of origin.

Restricted Areas
Rental motorcycles are not allowed on gravel roads, beaches, "logging" or other non-public roads. "Off-roading" is strictly forbidden.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do the motorbikes have a cigarette lighter plug to allow for a GPS to be powered from the bike?
The Harley-Davidson Street Glide, Electra Glide, Road Glide, and the Honda GoldWing have power outlets built into the fairing that allow you to plug in your Global Positioning Unit. Other bikes in our inventory do not have power outlets.

Can I take a rental across international borders?
Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, any rental is limited to the country it was rented in. Bikes are not allowed out of the country they were rented in. Any bike taken out of the country it was rented in will be voided of the rental agreement. The renter will be entirely and solely responsible for the bike and associated liability.

Is there a place for me to store my luggage while renting a bike from you?
Yes, all of our locations will store renter's luggage, free of charge. We do not assume liability for the luggage or contents, but will secure it during your rental period.
