Operation
7 days a week, 8am - 8pm
24 hour drop off available outside of normal operating hours! If you would like to drop off your rental bike between 8pm and 8am, information will be provided upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy, E-Ticket, and Other Information
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, less a 9.9% service fee to cover administrative costs and credit card fees, with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. This reservation is non-cancelable and non-refundable any time within 48 hours of the event date and time.
NOTE: A valid major credit card will be required for the rental deposit. Card will be authorized for an amount starting at $300 depending on the type of bike being rented.
