Important Information About Our Schedule
Please be at the Catalina Flyer Newport Terminal by 8am. We leave once a day at 9am from the Balboa Pavilion, and arrive in Avalon at 10:15am. The boat leaves Avalon at 4:30pm and arrives at the Balboa Pavilion at 5:45pm.
If you are not returning to Newport on the same day, you will be prompted during checkout to give your return date.
Luggage Guidelines
Carry-on luggage only
Only two pieces of hand-carried luggage per person
Single-handled ice chests only
No tools of any kind
No carts, wagons, large hand trucks
No gas/propane stoves and no flammable liquids
A golf bag counts as one piece of luggage
Bikes are $7 round trip
No pets

Cancellation Policy, E-Ticket, and Other Information
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, less a 9.9% service fee to cover administrative costs and credit card fees, with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. This reservation is non-cancelable and non-refundable any time within 48 hours of the event date and time.
NOTE: Please be at our Newport Terminal by 8am.
