• Tea sandwiches: Chargrilled zucchini, oregano, cream cheese, pine nut and roast chicken, mayonnaise, radicchio, currants
• Savory treats: Duck liver parfait on crouton, potato soup, smoked river trout, dill
• Sweet treats: Scone, jam and cream, blueberry and lemon sable, chocolate and hazelnut marquise
