Indoor Skydiving Information

Single Flight Package
This single flight experience includes your training session, use of all the flight gear, one exhilarating flight session, hands-on personal assistance from an instructor and a personalized flight certificate. A single flight is the same as free fall while skydiving, one minute in length. Your total experience will last about one hour. You will sign in, take a training class, gear up and share flight time with others, de-gear and discuss your flight with your instructor.

Double Flight Package
This package, for one flyer, allows you to double your flight experience and includes everything in the single flight package. A double flight is the same as two free falls while skydiving. You will fly twice for one minute in length. In your first flight, you will learn the basic freefall position, and then you get one more flight session to practice your moves. Your total experience will last about one hour. You will sign in, take a training class, gear up and share flight time with others, de-gear and discuss your flight with the instructor.

Quad Flight Package
This package, for one flyer, is similar to our Double Flight Package, but has twice the flying time for a more exhilarating flight experience! This extra time gives you the opportunity to fully experience the freedom of flight. A quad flight is the same as four free falls while skydiving. You will fly twice for two minutes in length. You also get a DVD of your flight experience and a personalized flight certificate. Your total experience will last about one hour. You will sign in, take a training class, gear up and share flight time with others, de-gear and discuss your flight with the instructor.

Family Package - Up to 5 Flyers
This flight experience includes 10 flights which can be shared by up to 5 people. You also get your training session, use of all the flight gear, hands-on personal assistance from an instructor, a personalized flight certificate for each flyer, and a DVD of your flight session. Additional copies of the DVD can be purchased at a discount.

Come and enjoy the skydiving experience of a lifetime... without having to jump out of an airplane! No experience is necessary and our instructors are with you every step of the way. You will receive an initial briefing, all necessary gear, and hands-on assistance during your entire flight. This total package offers the most exciting flight experience possible in a wind tunnel. Within the flight chamber, you will feel the rush of our patented wall-to-wall airflow, where we control the air speed and allow you to experience the maximum flight enjoyment. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the flight.

What Can I Expect?
A VWT is a vertical wind tunnel that moves air up in a vertical column, offering the best possible flight experience for indoor skydiving. You will soar on a column of air inside a vertical wind tunnel. We use superior technology that is very unique; multiple fans located at the top of the flight chamber produce a wall-to-wall airflow that is smooth and fun to fly in. The air flow is totally controllable. This, combined with our professional instructors, makes for the most exciting flight experience possible in a wind tunnel.

Indoor skydiving is fun for all ages! We fly people from 3 to 103 years old. Indoor skydiving is the ideal experience for family outings. It answers the challenge of finding an exciting family adventure that impacts grandparents, parents, teenagers and children at the same time. We will take your entire group into the tunnel, then you will each fly one at a time with your instructor while the others watch in amazement as you soar in the column of air!

This experience is perfect for any occasion: birthday parties, group outings, and corporate team building events. This is truly an experience you'll never forget! 

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is each flight?
The flight time depends on which ticket you have purchased. Normally each flight in the tunnel is slightly more than the freefall during skydiving, which is one minute in length.

Who can fly?
We fly people from ages 3 to 103, so it is fun for every generation in your family. Children under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver. If you have prior shoulder dislocations or back or neck problems, you should not fly.

Is there a weight limit?
Yes, it is based on your height to weight ratio. If you are under 6 ft. tall, you must be below 230 lbs. If you're over 6 ft. tall, you must be below 250 lbs.

When do I need to arrive for my flight?
You need to arrive 45 minutes before your flight time to check in, sign waivers, take a short training class and gear up. Please also allow time for traffic and parking.

Can I do tricks and flips in the tunnel?
Our first concern is for your safety in the flight chamber, so tricks or flips are done by experienced flyers only. Some flyers are able to do turns and move up and down and front to back on their first flight. Be sure to ask your instructor how to advance your flight skills. Once you develop those skills, you will find tunnel flying to be one of the most exciting sports you've ever experienced.

What is a vertical wind tunnel?
A VWT is a vertical wind tunnel with fans placed at the top in order to draw air up past you in the flight chamber. You will experience human flight in a controlled environment, providing you just the right amount of air flow for the utmost flight enjoyment.

Is indoor skydiving safe?
Our unique wall-to-wall air column design and professionally trained instructors allow flyers to safely enjoy their flight session. Your flight instructor is with you throughout your entire flight experience.

What is included with my flight?
We offer various packages. Every first flight package includes your training session, use of all the flight gear, your flight time in the tunnel, hands-on personal assistance from your instructor during flight time, and a personalized flight certificate. If you purchase the quad flight package or the family package, a complimentary DVD of your flight is included in the price.

Can I fly with my friends or family members?
We fly several people in each class; actual class size varies on the type of flight tickets. Your friends and family will be part of the same group, however you will fly one at a time in the flight chamber and benefit from one-on-one interaction with your instructor. Once you have gained more flight experience, you will be able to fly with others of the same skill level in the tunnel. If someone chooses just to watch, they are welcome to accompany you through your experience and can watch from the observation area.

Is it scary?
Indoor skydiving is not scary! There is no jumping, no falling and no experience needed; you are simply floating on a column of air. There is no sensation of falling, dizziness, or anything else that would make you suffer the effects of motion sickness.
