This tour is available every day from 8am to 9pm. During checkout, you will be asked to indicate your preferred time of departure, and depending on availability, we will do our best to accommodate you with the time you choose. Your tour time will be indicated on your E-Ticket upon completing the reservation.
The Skyline Promenade Helicopter Tour
Have you ever wanted to see Los Angeles from above? We begin our journey by whisking you directly to the beautiful shoreline of Santa Monica Bay, home to famous cities such as Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Marina del Rey and Santa Monica. Gaze down on such cultural landmarks as the 1920's era Santa Monica Pleasure Pier, Third Street Promenade, and the J. Paul Getty Museum.
Next, you will be flying over the glamorous streets of Bel Air and Beverly Hills like celebrities, where you will be treated to an aerial view of many celebrity homes and landmarks. Then it's off to Hollywood! You'll wander through the skies of Tinseltown, taking in magnificent views of the historic Sunset Strip, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Kodak Theatre, Capitol Records and the Hollywood Sign.
This exhilarating adventure culminates with a breathtaking opportunity to soar above the towering skyscrapers of Downtown Los Angeles, and capture unique images of the Disney Concert Hall, Staples Center, Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, and the Shrine Auditorium.
About Our Aircraft
We primarily use the Robinson R44 for our sightseeing tours. The R44 delivers the performance of an expensive turbine helicopter at an affordable piston price. Its sleek design, impressive speed, and unparalleled reliability give it the competitive edge in today's fast-paced, changing environment.
Standard features include a precision-engineered RPM governor, a durable rotor brake, an auxiliary fuel system for added versatility and longer range, a powerful heater/defogger, and hydraulic power controls that completely eliminate stick shake and control forces for a smooth, relaxing ride.
The Raven's distinctive aerodynamic design allows a high cruise speed up to 130 mph and an average fuel consumption of only 12 to 16 gallons per hour. The cabin offers comfortable “two plus two” seating with removable dual controls and no bulkhead or post between the front and rear seats, assuring exceptional visibility and panoramic views for all passengers.
Cancellation Policy, E-Ticket, and Other Information
You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, less a 9.9% service fee to cover administrative costs and credit card fees, with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. This reservation is non-cancelable and non-refundable any time within 48 hours of the event date and time.
NOTE: Two passenger minimum. To qualify for "Child" rates, parents must provide proof of age for each child traveling. One paying adult passenger is required for each child traveling to qualify for this fare. Children under the age of 2 can travel at no charge, but must be held on the lap of a parent or adult guardian.
