Cancellation Policy, E-Ticket, and Other Information

You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund, less a 9.9% service fee to cover administrative costs and credit card fees, with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. This reservation is non-cancellable and non-refundable any time within 48 hours of the event date and time.

Note: A driver's license and credit card are required at time of rental. One hour minimum rental. Time over one hour will be prorated at 15 minute intervals. Last rental one hour before closing. Life vests provided for all, and children 12 and under must wear a life vest. No pets allowed. Fuel surcharges may apply. You must be 18 or over to rent.
